Dow Inc., Nike share losses contribute to Dow's 100-point fall

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down Tuesday morning with shares of Dow Inc. and Nike facing the biggest declines for the price-weighted average. The Dow was most recently trading 99 points, or 0.3%, lower, as shares of Dow Inc. and Nike are contributing to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday decline. Dow Inc.’s shares are down $0.92, or 1.4%, while those of Nike have declined $1.98, or 1.2%, combining for an approximately 19-point drag on the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the decline include Walt Disney Cisco and Apple Inc. A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the Dow results in a 6.58-point swing.
