Wall Street has rallied sharply since the immediate panic caused by President Trump’s ”liberation day” tariff announcement in early April. The S&P 500 has risen 25% from those lows, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average has climbed more than 6,600 points, from 37,646 to 44,263.
