Megawide Construction declares cash dividends for series 5 (MWP5) preferred shares

MEGAWIDE Construction Corp.’s board of directors has set Sept. 26, 2023 as the record date and Oct. 17 as the payment date for the regular cash dividend declaration for its Series 5 Preferred Shares (MWP5).

The cash dividend is equal to P1.97605 per share, or a total of P29,640,750, out of the unrestricted retained earnings of the company as of Dec. 31, 2022.

According to the MWP5 of the company dated March 22, cash dividends shall be payable on Jan. 17, April 17, July 17 and Oct. 17 of each year. (PR)
